Bio | Dr Salma Siddique is an academic, a clinical anthropologist, a practising psychotherapist and supervisor (Transactional Analyst) based at Edinburgh Napier University (Scotland), the chair of the UKATA Research Committee, member of the International Association for Forensic Psychotherapy (IAFP) and a Fellow of the Royal Anthropological Institute. Her own research interest is focused on applied anthropology, embodied knowledge, critical pedagogy, consciousness, and research methodologies of empowerment such as feminist theory, auto-ethnography, and qualitative inquiry |
