Bio | I’m passionate about TA and culture – from Berne to current ideas about the unconscious cultural self. These are concepts very relevant to all fields – the impact of culture has been much under-rated in psychotherapy and counselling, and educators are not always aware of the culture they create, whilst organisational leaders have a responsibility for systemic culture. My focus is to enable participants to get to grips with concepts through their own experiences and to create conditions where new thinking can emerge.I bring my experience of working relationally with TA in different parts of Asia and Latin America |
